These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Get RBT Notes (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Get RBT Notes website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
1. Account Registration
1.1. By creating an account or subscribing to any Get RBT Notes service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Access to our Services may be restricted based on your subscription plan or professional credentials.
1.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.
1.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1. Payment for subscriptions must be made in accordance with the selected plan prior to accessing platform features.
2.2. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
2.3. All payments are non-refundable, except as provided for in our refund policy or as required by law.
2.4. Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted within the specified time frame and in accordance with our refund policy.
2.5. Upon canceling a subscription, a pro-rated refund will not be provided. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Use of Services
3.1. Our platform, including but not limited to session templates, AI-generated notes, behavior tracking tools, supervisor review workflows, and bilingual documentation features, is provided solely for your professional use in accordance with your subscription plan.
3.2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services or platform content without express written permission from Get RBT Notes.
3.3. Access to the Services may be revoked if there is evidence of misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Clinical Responsibility
4.1. Get RBT Notes provides AI-assisted documentation tools. The AI generates draft session notes based on the structured data you enter, including programs addressed, prompt levels, trial data, behavior incidents, and observations. It does not invent clinical information, make treatment recommendations, change program targets, or independently access prior session notes.
4.2. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before submission. The review step is a required part of the workflow and cannot be skipped. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed or credentialed professional.
4.3. Supervisor review and approval of session notes is the responsibility of the assigned BCBA or qualified supervisor. Approved notes are locked and become part of the permanent clinical record.
5. Bilingual Documentation
5.1. Our platform supports bilingual documentation. RBTs may enter session data, observations, and caregiver-reported information in Spanish. The AI generates the final clinical narrative in professional English with appropriate ABA terminology. This is a contextual clinical rendering, not a word-for-word translation.
5.2. The accuracy of the final English-language note remains the responsibility of the reviewing clinician.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content included as part of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, templates, and algorithms, is the property of Get ABA Suite LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
6.2. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part.
6.3. RBT is a registered trademark of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. RBT is used in the name of this product with limited permission from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7.2. All clinical data containing Protected Health Information (PHI) is de-identified before AI processing. Your data is never used for AI model training.
7.3. We maintain HIPAA-compliant security practices including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and role-based access control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. The Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8.3. We do not guarantee that documentation generated using our platform will meet specific payer, regulatory, or accreditation requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. In no event shall Get RBT Notes, Get ABA Suite LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
11.2. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
