Are deleted notes permanently removed?
No. The platform uses a soft-delete architecture — records are preserved for audit trails and compliance. Nothing is permanently deleted.
What happens if my BCBA requests a revision?
The note status changes to Needs Revision with the BCBA’s comments. You edit the note and resubmit it for another review.
Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes. The platform maintains client profiles with session history and behavioral trend data across your entire caseload.
What data do I enter for each session?
You select the client, enter session details (location, time, duration), log programs addressed with prompt levels and trial data, capture behavior incidents, and add observations via text or voice.
Can my BCBA see all my notes in one place?
Yes. BCBAs have a centralized review queue with filtering options to manage notes from all RBTs across their caseload.
